Many of you know that we have some visitors coming this week. Charlie and Nancy Parkerson along with their son Ryan and Evan's friend Mikel Sykes will leave this Wednesday coming to spend Thanksgiving week with us. For those of you who are not from Winona, I will tell you about them. Charlie is the principal at Winona High School where Evan and Allie attend school. Nancy is a math professor at Holmes Community College in Goodman. Ryan and Allie are in the same grade and plays on the soccer team with Evan and Mikel. Mikel is one of Evan's best friends. They are both on the drum line in band and are both on the soccer team. This will be the first international mission experience for all of them. How awesome! We are planning a variety of ministry opportunities that we will be sharing with you soon.
We have all been praying for their visas because they had not arrived yet. But, I got an email from Charlie today that said they arrived yesterday!
Woo hoo!!
Charlie said that they are "on a spiritual high" right now because of God's faithful provision.
Please be in prayer for this team that will be traveling soon. We will try to keep you updated on their traveling and ministry here in Nalerigu.
