Wednesday with the Winona Team

This morning, Charlie and Nancy had been invited back to Miracle Brain School to share a devotion time with the teachers.  They had a great time visiting with the teachers.  The teachers also took the opportunity to ask some questions about schools in America.  They also passed out some crayons and coloring books to the nursery classes.

Later this morning, the Winona team got a tour of the hospital and clinic area.  They had already gotten a partial tour on Saturday when Ryan had to get some stitches.  He fell into the glass windows in our hallway and got a few cuts.  It was pretty dramatic at the time, but we can all look back and laugh now.  I won't tell you all the de"tails", you will have to ask him!!

In the afternoon, the kids participated in the weekly Koko Duu ministry.  Ryan and Mikel jumped right in helping with music and sharing the Bible story.  We also had some other visitors helping out, Carissa and Kate.

Later in the afternoon, the guys went to play a little football (soccer) with the Baptist Youngsters team we got the balls for.  They had a great time playing shirts and skins with them.  Evan managed to score one goal on a penalty kick.

While the guys were playing soccer, Allie and Kate were playing "Sharks and Minnows" and "Duck, Duck, Goose" with some of the village children.

In the evening, we had a Mexican fiesta at the Hewitts' home.  Then we had dessert at the Dickens' home.  Afterwards, the kids had some more fellowship time watching a movie with the MK's.

Another long, exhausting day, but another day PACKED with ministry.

Thank you LORD for giving us these incredible opportunities.  Please use these for YOUR glory!!
