S'mores

One night recently it was a little cool (for Ghana), so we decided to build a fire and make s'mores.  Thank you Nyhuses for leaving the graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate bars in our refrigerator when you left.  Afterwards we watched a movie with some of the other families on campus and had peppermint milkshakes!! (Thanks Hewitts -- Mona's parents are friends with a man who has a Chik Fil A restaurant and they had sent them some of their peppermint shake mix.)

It doesn't always seem like Christmas in Ghana since it's so dry and hot, so times like this "help to make the season bright!"
